KODAI KONDATTAM - Emerging Artist Award

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility & Entry Rules
Open to all eligible age categories as listed.
One ticket purchased equals one entry per category.
Multiple submissions against a single ticket may result in disqualification.

2. Mode of Competition
This is a 100% online, draw-from-home art competition.
Artwork must be completed within one hour and recorded via BTS time-lapse video.

3. Originality Policy
All artwork must be original and created solely by the participant.
Traced, copied, AI-generated, or previously submitted artwork will be disqualified.

4. Usage of Drawing Materials
Drawing templates and pre-printed outlines are strictly prohibited.
Brush pens, sketch pens, and marker pens are allowed only for outlining.
Colouring must be done using permitted colouring materials only.
Digital artwork is not allowed.

5. Parental Assistance Policy
Parents may assist only with setup and recording for younger children.
Artwork must reflect the child’s independent creativity.

6. Submission Guidelines - Participants must upload:
One clear photo of the drawing (no filters or backgrounds)
One photo of the child holding the artwork (start to finish, is Mandatory)
One BTS time-lapse video (start to finish, is Mandatory)
Only the final submission will be considered for judging.

7. File Naming Guidelines
Files must be saved using the child’s name  for identification.

8. Submission Deadlines
Entries must be submitted on or before the announced deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted.

9. Judging Criteria
Proper Visual Evidence, Creativity & Originality, Usage of Space, Application of Technique, Theme Relevance.
Judges’ decisions are final.

10. Results Announcement
Results will be published on the announced date via official Wonder Whiz channels only.

Parents are advised to follow official platforms for updates.

11. Certificates & Awards
Certificates will be issued as per the name entered during registration.
Corrections will incur additional charges.

12.📦 Group / Academy Booking – Shipping Policy
• For group or academy bookings of 15 or more participants, no additional COD charges will be collected for winner prizes.
• All participation items and winner prizes under group or academy bookings will be shipped to one single designated contact person only, as provided in the registration details.
• Individual shipping to separate addresses will not be supported for group or academy bookings.

13. Shipping & Dispatch Policy
If the participant is declared a winner, an additional charge of ₹150 (Cash on Delivery) or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be applicable for the delivery of the trophy.

Awards will be shipped to the address provided in the registration form. - Group or academy registrations will be shipped to one designated contact.

14. Returned Shipments
Returned shipments will require reshipping charges.

15. Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via Google Drive tracking sheet. Parents must track shipments directly with the courier.

16. Media & Promotion Consent
Participation implies consent to use artwork for promotions.

17. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

18. Disqualification Policy
Violation of rules may result in disqualification without notice.

19. Organiser Rights
Wonder Whiz reserves the right to amend rules or schedules.
